Vegan Air Fryer MiSOgood Brussels Sprouts
1 Pound Brussels Sprouts
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons MiSOgood Sweet & Savory White Miso
1/4 Teaspoon Coarse or Flaky Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Trim off the ends of the Brussel sprouts and remove any brown outer leaves. Cut them in half from stem to end. If any are very large, cut them into quarters. The most important thing is to make sure all the pieces are about the same size so that they cook at the same rate.

Place the trimmed and cut sprouts in a large bowl along with the oil. Toss to thoroughly coat before transferring them to the air fryer basket.

Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 370 degrees for 5 minutes. Pull out the basket and shake it to toss, helping everything cook evenly. Air fry for an additional 5 minutes, then slide out the basket again. The Brussels sprouts should be starting to brown nicely and are almost done. Toss the the miso to evenly coat before returning them to the air fryer. Cook for a final 2 - 4 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are very well caramelized and crispy all over.

Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, tossing or stirring lightly to incorporate. Transfer to a plate and enjoy hot.

Notes: Refrigerate leftover Brussels sprouts in an airtight storage container for up to 4 days.
