Blistered Teriyaki MiSOgood Snap Peas

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Pound Fresh Snap Peas
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
1 Tablespoon MiSOgood Teriyaki Miso
1 Teaspoon Rice Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (Optional)

Add the oil to a medium skillet over high heat and wait until it's so hot that it shimmers. Toss in the snap peas and garlic, sautéing quickly on all sides until the pods are bright green and lightly charred. Turn off the heat, toss with the miso, vinegar, and black pepper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired, and serve immediately.
