Breakfast Bowl with a Creamy MiSOgood Teriyaki Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
2 tablespoons MiSOgood Teriyaki Miso
1 cup Greek Yogurt, vanilla
1 tablespoon Honey, local favorite
1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Orange Zest
2 cups Farro, raw
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
2 cups Fresh spinach sautéed, chiffonade
1 cup Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
2 each Fresh Avocado
2 each Soft-Boiled Egg
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Garnish Micro Marigold and/or Cilantro (Optional)
Process
- Blend all dressing ingredients in blender until smooth, adjust consistency with water to desired
- Cook farro based on directions
- Slice spinach in thin strips
- Sautéed spinach with olive oil
- Roast tomatoes until blistered either in sauté pan
- Slice avocado in half
- Soft boil egg for 6 minutes
- Toast sesame seeds until golden brown
- Divide mixture into 4 bowls
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, marigolds, and cilantro
- Enjoy!
