Easy 4-Ingredient Vegan Soynut Butter
1 Cup Unsalted Dry-Roasted Soybeans (AKA Soynuts)
1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
2 Tablespoons MiSOgood Sweet & Savory Miso
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Place the soynuts in your blender and add the boiling water. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes to soften.

Add the miso and olive oil and blend on high speed, pausing to scrape down the sides of the canister as needed to keep everything incorporated, until smooth and spreadable; about 5 - 6 minutes.

Transfer to a glass jar or airtight container. Let cool before covering and storing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Makes About 2 Cups

Notes: Try a sweeter twist by adding 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
