MiSOgood Vegan Avocado Butter

1 Ripe Avocado 1 Tablespoon MiSOgood Soy-Free Miso Pit and peel the avocado and place the flesh in a small bowl. Use a sturdy fork to mash in the miso, blending until incorporated and creamy, but still slightly chunky. If you'd like a smoother consistency, puree the mixture in a food processor for 30 - 60 seconds. Enjoy on toast, baked potatoes, or anywhere else you'd spread conventional butter. Makes About 1/2 Cup
