1 Cup Tomato Juice 1/4 Cup Sake or Vodka 1 Tablespoon Brown Rice MiSo Good 1 1/2 Teaspoons Prepared Wasabi Paste or Horseradish 1 Teaspoon Yuzu or Lemon Juice 1 - 2 Dashes Hot Sauce Pinch Ground Black Pepper Ice, As Needed Pickled Okra, Celery Stalks, Olives, Peppers, and Any Other Garnishes Desired Pour the tomato juice and sake or vodka into a cocktail shaker, followed by the miso, wasabi or horseradish, yuzu or lemon juice, hot sauce, and black pepper. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of shaker has frosted; about 20 - 30 seconds. Strain into glasses filled with fresh ice cubes. Garnish as desired and enjoy. Makes 2 Servings Notes: To make this recipe gluten-free, use wheat-free tamari or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. To make this recipe non-alocholic, replace the sake or vodka with 3 tablespoons ice cold water and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
