1/4 Cup (2 Shots) Freshly Brewed Espresso
1 Cup Oat Milk
1 1/2 Teaspoons MiSOgood Brown Rice Miso
Place the brewed espresso in a 12-ounce mug and set aside.
Pour the milk and miso into a separate, microwave-safe cup large enough to hold at least 12 ounces. Microwave on high for one minute, or until milk is hot and small bubbles are just beginning to form around edges. It shouldn't come to a full boil.
Using a small metal whisk, mix vigorously by holding the whisk handle loosely between your palms and quickly rubbing your hands back and forth. Remove foam to a small measuring cup asit forms. Continue whisking until foam measures about 1/4 cup.
Pour the remaining hot milk into the mug of espresso. Spoon the foam on top and serve immediately.
