MiSOgood Spicy Vegan Grilled Corn
4 Ears Corn, Husked
2 - 4 Tablespoons MiSOgood Spicy Miso
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Preheat your grill or set a grill pan over medium heat.

Place the corn directly on the grill and let cook for 8 - 12 minutes, turning periodically until lightly charred all over.

Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle spicy miso all over, to taste. Finish with a pinch of crushed red pepper for an extra kick, if desired.

Makes for Servings


For ease of serving, you can also slice the kernels off the cobs before mixing in a bowl with the spicy miso, stirring to coat.
