MiSOgood Vegan Banana Froyo
4 Ripe Bananas, Peeled and Sliced into 2-Inch Pieces
2 Tablespoons Sweet & Savory White MiSo Good

Place the bananas in a top-top freezer bag in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight. Transfer to your blender or food processor along with the miso and puree until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides of the canister, as needed. Serve immediately for a soft serve consistency, or freeze in an airtight container for at least 2 hours to scoop and serve like traditional ice cream. Enjoy with any of your favorite toppings.

Notes:

If you prefer a sweeter dessert, consider adding 1 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup. To get the good probiotics that go along with real froyo, freeze 1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt in ice cube trays and incorporate the cubes into the blend.
