MiSOgood Vegan Chocolate Magic Shell
12 Ounces (2 Cups) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Refined Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Sweet & Savory White MiSo Good

Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Heat at full power for 60 seconds and stir vigorously. Add the miso, mixing well to incorporate. Continue stirring until the mixture is completely smooth; microwave for another 30 - 60 seconds if needed, but be careful not to burn the chocolate. It will continue to melt with the residual heat, so it may not need as much microwaving as you think.

Once completely melted, use immediately by pouring over scoops of ice cream. Allow 1 - 2 minutes for the shell to set, then use your spoon to crack it into fragments. Eat and enjoy!

Makes About 2 Cups

Notes: Leftover magic shell can be store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. To use, reheat gently in the microwave on half power until liquefied. Stir well before using.
