MiSOgood Rich & Velvety Chocolate Mousse: 9 Ounces (1 1/2 Cups) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 2/3 Cup Water 1 Tablespoon MiSOgood Sweet and Savory White Miso Optional, to Garnish: Whipped Coconut Cream Fresh Berries Fresh Mint Combine the chocolate, water, and MiSOgood in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook very gently, whisking slowly, until the chocolate has completely melted to form a smooth, homgeneous sauce. Immediately transfer to a small bowl. Fill a slightly larger bowl with ice and cover the cubes with cold water. Set the bowl full of chocolate inside, making sure that note of the ice water spills out into the mixture. Whisk vigorously until the mousse begins to thicken. If using an electric mixer, watch closely as it will thicken much faster than if whisking by hand. Be careful not to overmix, as the mousse will become grainy. If it happens, remelt the chocolate and start again. Once thick ribbons begin to form in the mixture and it appears airy, pour or spoon the mousse immediately into ramekins, small bowls, or glasses. Place in the fridge and let rest for about 2 hours, undisturbed, until set. Garnish with whipped coconut cream, fresh berries, and/or mint leaves if desired. Makes 4 Servings Notes: To enhance the mousse, consider swapping the water for orange juice, red wine, brewed coffee, or another flavorful liquid.
