MiSOgood Vegan Watermelon Agua Fresca

4 Cups Cubed Watermelon
2 Tablespoons MiSOgood Sweet & Savory White Miso
3 Cups Water, Divided
Place the watermelon, miso, and 1 cup of the water in a blender. Puree on high speed until completely smooth; 2 - 3 minutes.
Use a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard solids. Add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes:
For a more exotic twist, try using fresh dragonfruit instead of watermelon. It's more refreshing but a bit less sweet, so you may want to add 2 - 3 tablespoons of agave nectar, or a few drops of stevia, to taste.
