Easy Vegan Sesame MiSOgood Peanut Butter Cookies

Amount Ingredients
1 cup Salted butter for brown butter
1 cup Salted butter
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1⁄2 cup Almond Paste
1⁄2 cup MiSOgood Sesame Miso
4 each, large Egg
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups Brown Sugar
5 cups All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1-1⁄8 tablespoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
Process
- Add salted butter to a clean saucepan
- Simmer until brown until frothy - medium heat
- Add butter to mixing bowl
- Add salted butter, peanut butter, almond paste, and MiSOgood to the stand mixer bowl
- Use whisk attachment to cream the butter mixture
- Add egg to the mixer one by one while continue mixing
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
- Whisk briefly until blended
- Mix dry ingredients into stand mixer bowl gradually
- Roll into logs on parchment paper
- Place in freezer until firm
- Pre-heat oven to 350®
- Place a clean baking sheet with parchment paper or silt mat to prepare for baking
- Divide cookies onto baking pan about 1” apart
- Sprinkle with salt
- Bake until light golden - 12 min, 350®
- Let cool and enjoy!
