1 (14-Ounce) Can Chickpeas, Aquafaba Drained and Reserved
1/4 Cup MiSOgood Sesame Miso
Toasted Sesame Seeds (Optional)

Place the chickpeas and miso in your food processor and thoroughly puree, pausing to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Slowly drizzle in the reserved aquafaba with the motor running until it reaches your desired consistency. Serve at room temperature or chilled, topped with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds if desired.

Makes About 2 Cups
