1 Pound Shredded Potatoes 2 Tablespoons Spicy MiSo Good Set a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Toss the shredded potatoes together with the miso before transfering them to the hot pan. Spread the mixture out into an even layer, pressed as thinly as possible. Let cook, undisturbed, for about 5 minutes. Once the bottom appears brown and crispy, flip the potatoes over and cook for another 5 - 8 minutes, until golden all over.
