Vegan Crunchy Picnic Slaw
1 Pound Tri-Color Slaw Mix or Shredded Cabbage
1/4 - 1/3 Cup MiSOgood Sweet & Savory White Miso

In a large bowl, combine the slaw mix and 1/4 cup miso. Toss thoroughly to coat all the cabbage, adding more miso in needed, to taste. Serve right away for the most crisp texture. The slaw can be kept refrigerated for up to four hours, but will wilt and soften over time.

Makes 5 - 6 Servings

Notes: For a richer taste, drizzle a small splash of olive oil on top right before serving.
