Vegan MiSOgood Savory Puff Pastry

1 Sheet (1/2 of a 17.3-Ounce Package) Frozen Puff Pastry, Thawed
1/4 Cup Teriyaki MiSOgood
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a clean, lightly floured surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten and smooth the pastry into a 14 x 11-inch rectangle.
Spread the teriyaki miso in an even layer all over the top. Starting at a short side, roll it up like you would if making cinnamon buns.
Wrap the pastry roll with plastic wrap and freeze for 45 minutes, or until firm.
Unwrap and use a very sharp knife to cut the pastry roll into approximately 75 (1/8-inch) slices. Place the slices, spaced at least 3/4 inch apart, onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until puffed, flaky and golden brown. Remove the pastries from the baking sheets and let cool on wire racks for at least 10 minutes.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Makes 75 Pastries; About 25 Servings
Notes: For a crunchy contrast, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped and toasted pecans, walnuts, or almonds over the layer of miso before rolling the pastry up.
