Zesty Cranberry Sauce
1 (12-Ounce) Bag Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Sweet & Savory White MiSOgood
Zest of 1 Orange (Optional)
In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, and miso. Set of medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, until berries burst and sauce thickens; about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir frequently to make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Remove from the heat and let cool. Stir in the orange zest, if using, and serve either at room temperature or chilled.
Makes About 2 Cups
Notes: If you prefer a sweeter cranberry sauce, mix in either 1/4 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar or maple syrup, to taste.
