With age, comes flavor. We age our Brown Rice Miso for two years for a deeper, smoother umani flavor.

Ingredients:

Organic soybean paste (organic soy beans, water, organic rice, sea salt, roasted organic soybean powder, yeast, koji culture), water, sea salt, yeast extract powder, shiitake mushroom extract, kelp powder.

Recipe suggestion:
  • 1 Tbsp. of Brown Rice Miso
  • ¾ cup of hot water
  • Add garnish if you'd wish, like tofu or green onions 

Add hot water to the liquid, and you have instant MISO soup. Delicious! You can also pour the liquid concentrate straight from the bottle to use as a sauce.
