Spicy adds a little thrill to your meal. This even spice adds a twist of heat to miso’s sweet and savory flavor.
Ingredients:
Organic soybean paste (organic soy beans, water, organic rice, sea salt, roasted organic soybean powder, yeast, koji culture),water, organic sugar, sea salt, yeast extract powder, red pepper, organic onion powder, organic garlic powder, ginger powder, Japanese pepper, black pepper.
Serving Suggestion:
- Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add about 6 oz protein and saute until cooked.
- Add 2 Tbsp Spicy Miso and saute until sauce thickens.
Just the thing for seasoning meat, fish, and veggies. Or create your own sauces or condiments. You can also use a tablespoon of these sauces as a base for soup and add 3/4 cup of hot water, then stir.
