1/2 Cup Vegan Butter, at Room Temperature
3 Tablespoons MiSOgood Spicy Miso
Place the vegan butter and miso concentrate in a large bowl and cream together with a fork. Mix very thoroughly until smooth and homogenous. Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
Miso butter will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, or 6 months in the freezer.
Makes 11 Tablespoons
